Because of the nature of digital content:

All sales are final.

No Refunds

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Exchanges

This applies regardless of usage, expectations, or results.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible
• You are charged multiple times for the same product
